Grays Office Supplies, based in Grays Essex was founded in 1983 by then local resident Maureen Madden.
Starting out with just a small team of 3 which soon extended to a much larger team when the business grew. Maureen’s son John then became partner and they worked hard together to keep up with the demand for office solutions in the Thurrock area. What started as a welcoming, convenient shop and local delivery service, has now tuned into us being the one of the Leading Business Solution Suppliers in the UK.
All 4 delivery vehicles, 2 being electric and all capable of being in the ULEZ zone, are owned by us. We do not hire contractors; all of our delivery drivers are employed by us and we have a very close relationship which we believe is key to providing the best service.
Maureen’s Grandson Ben Madden now plays a major part in running the business, being very hands on in all aspects of the company . Keeping up with the constant changes in the industry, we have rebranded and are now known as GOS group, which sees no limits for what and where we can supply.
We have an exciting venture upcoming to New York, which will see us complete a whole office refit for a major client of ours. This is just the first step to the door opening for GOS to offer our services Globally and we hope you will continue to follow along our success journey.
